New RPI now up

I have been busy so I haven't updated the RPI in the last two weeks. The new data has been entered for games up through Sunday.

Some really interesting things in the top25:

Georgia above Florida AND Alabama
Ohio State above Penn State
Virginia above USC
Florida State above Georgia Tech

Also Ball State has the 120th rated SOS, putting them dead last in the nation
