With LSU and Cal both falling by less than a touchdown both teams miss out on claiming the #1 spot in the initial BCS standings. Ohio State, more by default than anything else, finds themselves in top spot at the halfway mark of the season. The true tests are still to come, so we'll see if this Ohio State team is for real.
